The printer is small in size, comparable to desktop printers. The ink refill system and the use of film directly from the roll significantly reduce the cost of printing. The print width is 30cm, which in most cases is sufficient to cover the demands of custom production typical of DTF technology.
Designed for DTF printing
While most of the equipment in this category has been developed for a different purpose (most often for paper) and subsequently modified for use with DTF, users face a variety of problems. The most common are related to ink (nozzle drying, sedimentation, problematic cleaning due to different densities, poor colour fastness, etc.). You do not have to worry about similar problems with DTF-A3. This printer has been developed to cover a shortage on the market - a small DTF device capable of impacting even larger production volumes, which is realistically developed with pigment inks in mind and adapted to PET film printing since its development.
DTF printing
Direct to Foil is a transfer printing method. This means that the printer prints a mirror image of the print on a special transparent transfer film. The ink is automatically or manually dusted with powdered adhesive and dried. The film is then simply cut to the required dimensions and ironed onto the products using a suitably sized transfer press.
The print adheres to the surface of virtually any textile material using powdered polyurethane adhesive and thus has no problem with textured materials such as piqué. The resistance of the print to washing is thus also higher.

Powder coating equipment
