The Hungarian company Drucktech is a long-standing market leader in small-platen presses and is generally regarded as a leader in terms of product quality and stability. At first glance, it is already a machine with a very robust construction. This professional semi-automatic heat press is designed for production and can handle even the heaviest production loads - whether in screen printing, direct digital printing on cotton or sublimation. It is double-platen, which means that the operator can prepare the substrate on one platen while the fixing takes place on the other.
A huge advantage is the high thermal inertia of the heating plate, which can ensure a very stable temperature indeed. The pressure is created by a pneumatic cushion that inflates and perfectly copies the product, preventing vapour migration during transfer or fixing of the product, while creating an even pressure over the entire surface. As it is a semi-automatic press, the operator is not forced to exert any physical effort, the pressing sequence is triggered by two buttons and takes place automatically. A timer that automatically opens the press is a matter of course - you don't have to worry that when the operator is busy, screw-ups might occur. Automatic opening is of course an important optimising element in your production.

An interesting advantage is also the possibility to rotate the press plates by 90° if this suits your production more.

It can also be bought in a cheaper variant - OPTIMA, but it has less pressure and is able to press a maximum of 4cm thick substrate.
