Monti Antonio mod. 200

Large size model produced as standard in 8 size variants. Plates are static, the press body is moved from one plate to another. During the pressing of one side it is possible to prepare the material for the second plate. An advantage is the possibility of mounting a vacuum element, which makes it the ideal machine for production where you need to achieve a deep recolouring of the material. This is most commonly used by manufacturers of cycling clothing, leggings and swimwear.

In the production of stretch clothing, the vacuum transfer is very effective, when even after stretching the product, its surface does not change colour and remains dark. In the production of flags, the use of a vacuum press ensures that it is virtually impossible to tell which side is "printed", so the recolouring is almost 100 per cent. In the production of printed bath towels, bathrobes, socks, and other terry products, this technology is a necessity because of the two-sided discolouration of the hairs.
